However, in 1903, when the tower structure was near completion, it was still not yet functional due to last-minute design changes that introduced an unintentional defect. When Morgan wanted to know "Where can I put the meter?" Nikola Tesla's electric car
After the AC induction motor, the greatest invention of Nikola Tesla was the electric car. This was no ordinary battery driven car because this car took its power from the ether, just like an automobile antenna picks up radio waves from the ether. Nikola Tesla's electric car needed no battery and was powered by the electricity in the ether. It was a nightmare for Rockefeller and Ford because they planned on buying petroleum from Saudi Arabia in order to finance Islam.

Tesla Technology Today?
There has been speculation about the possibility that government projects might be using the never-developed ideas of Tesla, especially ideas drawn from the missing papers. Cheney tells us in a final note to her book that she had traced some more of the missing Tesla papers to an unnamed government agency which she says calls the unreleased material in their possession "important to national security."

"Nikola Tesla has been credited for the creation of much of the technology that we take for granted today. When Lyne specifically asked for these papers at the National Security Research Center (now the Robert J. Oppenheimer Research Center) in 1979, he was denied access because they were still classified. In his 1938 lecture, Tesla said he was progressing with the work, and hoped to give the theory to the world very soon.

How the U.S. Government Suppressed the World's First Civilian Spacecraft Industry by Michael E. salla, PhD (Exopolitics 2007)
In 1955, Otis T. Carr, a protégé of Nikola Tesla began a highly visible public effort to develop a prototype civilian spacecraft that could be mass produced in kits and sold to the public. If successful, Carr would have developed the world’s first civilian spacecraft and would have revolutionized the aviation industry.
The vehicle was to be powered by an electric generator drawing electrical energy from the environment, and would have produced an antigravity effect for propulsion. Carr claimed to have been taught all he knew about electromagnetic energy and antigravity principles by the famous Yugoslav inventor Nikola Tesla. He had resided in a New York hotel where Carr worked part time while completing his studies.
Tesla had publicly stated in 1915 that he knew how to build an antigravity flying vehicle:

Tesla’s flying vehicle would be powered by electrical energy drawn from the earth’s atmosphere and stored in special coils. Frustrated by lack of industry support, Tesla revealed his radical ideas to the young Carr over a three year period.
Tesla taught Carr how electromagnetic energy could be freely harnessed from the abundant electrical energy in the atmosphere. The possibility that electrical energy could be freely acquired without need for expensive power plants, conductive wires, relay stations, telephone poles and significant power loss, which challenged conventional power companies.
Tesla was told that his radical ideas would not be funded since J.P. Morgan and other industrialists would not be able to meter the free electrical energy that could be easily drawn from the atmosphere.
Indeed, Tesla’s ideas challenged the foundations of the global economy and monetary system.

The Ford Motor Company was a subsidiary of the Standard Oil Company
In 1908, Henry Ford began mass production of the infamous gasoline air polluting car known as the Model T.
